Environmental Health and Safety Program (EHandS)

A safe environment is one tenet of the Olin College Core Institutional Values and the college is committed to reducing or eliminating the health and safety risks to its students, employees and visitors. The success of this commitment depends on all members of the Olin community actively participating in the design and operation of campus programs and activities that insure the security, safety and health of our community.

The safety committee (comprised of the Director of Facilities, Triunvirate Environmental consultant and other relevant faculty and staff) offers technical support and a variety of services to the college community with the goal of promoting programs and activities that operate in a safe, healthy and environmentally responsible manner and that comply with EH&S laws and regulations.  works with the college community to review and address ongoing and emerging safety issues associated with all campus activities.
